Developing a new estate is more than just planning and building, it’s creating a community from the ground up. One of the most important parts of this is forging strong relationships with the builders tasked with bringing the plans to life. And what better way to do that than over breakfast?
Earlier this month the Westwood team hosted many of our key building partners for a morning of great coffee, delicious food, and insightful conversation at the sales office in Fraser Rise. Headed up by our Senior Development Manager, Piotr Rutkowski, the team and our guests had the opportunity to discuss updates in the property market and the current progress of the development.
It was a great turnout with over 70 people in attendance from over a dozen of our building partners. We were thrilled to see representatives from each company make the time to get together for this event. The team from RPM provided a market update on the property industry & shared project-specific buyer insights. While Piotr presented insight on Dahua Group key values & an overview on the progress of the Westwood estate and, some exciting upcoming projects we are working on.
Senior Development Manager, Piotr Rutkowski spoke about the progress of Westwood and the relationship with the builders, saying “It’s incredible to see this community coming together. Our building partners are doing an excellent job and we are looking forward to a very bright future working together.”
