Dahua’s New Breeze Community Named a Finalist in the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence 2021

We are delighted to announce that our first major project in New South Wales, New Breeze at Bardia, has been named a finalist in the UDIA NSW for Crown Group Awards for Excellence 2021 in the Residential Subdivision category! The project is also a finalist for the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards 2021 in the Masterplanned Community Category.

Having been completely sold out in recent months, New Breeze is Dahua’s newest masterplanned community to be delivered, now spanning a total of 89 hectares in the heart of South Western Sydney.

Since 2015, Dahua has worked with a range of development partners to deliver over 1,250 homes at New Breeze, from innovative small-lot homes to larger parcels over 10,000m².

The community is now home to more than 3,000 people.
