Dahua Group’s Amity Narangba Community Celebrates its 200th Settlement!

From everyone at Dahua Group, we’d like to extend our congratulations to Tim and Jessica, who have become the 200^th family to settle their land at Amity! We couldn’t be more excited to see our first master-planned community in Queensland continue to grow.

According to Tim and Jessica, they knew they had found the right community to build their dream home as soon as they visited Amity Estate. “It felt more open than the other communities we looked at. The streets were nice and wide, and the other homes were well presented. As there are lots of first home buyers and not many investors, it makes a difference to how the streets look,” said Tim.

The couple also loved that the overall look and feel of the community is protected through design guidelines. “We loved that it had a strong covenant, this is obvious when you drive around and look at all the modern, well-designed houses,” said Tim.

Tim and Jessica have just begun building their dream home on their new block. Tim explains, “We chose a larger lot as the backyard was important to us. We were really lucky to get our block. It became available, and we decided to buy it, knowing land is scarce at the moment and lots of buyers are looking.”

The team at Dahua Group are thrilled to welcome Tim and Jessica, along with all their fellow new residents, to the Amity community. We look forward to seeing them move into their new home and enjoy the rewards of all their hard work and planning.
