Wollert Rise has reached an exciting milestone, hosting its very first community event on Saturday 8th February, and marking a new chapter in its journey toward becoming a thriving neighbourhood. With over 200 lots now settled and an impressive 90% settlement success rate, Wollert Rise is quickly taking shape as a place families will call home for years to come.
The event, held at the Wollert Rise Sales Office in collaboration with Core Projects, brought together new residents and community members for a day of fun and connection. Children delighted in face painting and cuddles with adorable farm animals from Farmer Darryl’s Mobile Animal Farm, while parents enjoyed freshly brewed coffee and a friendly chat with future neighbours. The Rotary Club of Whittlesea kept everyone well-fed with a delicious sausage sizzle, adding to the welcoming community atmosphere.
Beyond the festivities, the day also showcased the rapid transformation of Wollert Rise. Many new homes are already under construction, paving the way for a vibrant and well-established community. Adding to the excitement, the Stage 2 park has now been completed, providing a fantastic new space for friends and family to meet, play, and enjoy the outdoors.

As for the rest of the community, construction is progressing well, with Stages 10 and 13 nearing completion—asphalt and topsoil are now being placed, and we remain on track to achieve council practical completion within the next four to five weeks. Titles for these stages are anticipated in May/June. Stage 11 is also being constructed simultaneously with Stages 10 and 13, meaning all three stages will finish and title around the same time.
