On the 11th of September, Dahua Australia hosted a special Builder’s Breakfast to mark an exciting milestone for Wollert Rise—Stage 10 is officially on the market! This exclusive event brought together some of our valued builder partners, offering an opportunity to reconnect and celebrate the growth of our thriving community.

The event also coincided with the reopening of the Wollert Rise Land Sales Office, another key moment for the project. With the community’s future residents in mind, this event emphasised the importance of collaboration and engagement with our builder partners. Together, we’re shaping not just homes but a dynamic, interconnected community where families can truly thrive.

Wollert Rise has had an incredibly successful year, settling 178 lots across stages 1 to 6, achieving an impressive 99% settlement rate. With stages 7 and 8 soon to be settled, Wollert Rise continues its journey towards becoming a fully realised community, with more milestones on the horizon.
