Since our Orchard Tarneit development was launched in 2017, the community has been steadily growing. And now, we are very excited to be celebrating our 500th Orchard purchaser! Reaching this milestone is quite the occasion, so we thought we would introduce you to the wonderful family who has become lucky number 500!
Swinder Singh Ranu and Harpreet Kaur, along with their son, have recently bought their perfect lot in Stage 11 at Orchard. Their very first home, the family is incredibly excited to be joining the community and to begin building. And with the construction of Stage 11 currently underway and titles anticipated in the first quarter of 2021, they won’t have to wait long!

“We chose to buy land here because of the wonderful Indian community in the area and it will be great to be so close to the Sikh temple down the road. Our elders will very much enjoy walking there.”
