Following the successful completion of Stage 1 and Stage 2A, Dahua Group Australia (DGA) is pleased to announce we will begin construction of Stage 3 South of our Menangle Park community in the coming months.
Once approved, Stage 3 will add 331 new lots to our masterplanned development in Sydney’s South-West. The timely commencement of this stage marks another major milestone for Menangle Park and heralds a new era of convenience for residents. Our team will deliver this stage in partnership with the appointed civil contractor, Western Earthmoving, and superintendent Benaiah Project Management.
Associate Director of Development, Robert Fischer, expects 2022 will be an even bigger year at Menangle Park.
“It will be very exciting to see the first homes of Stage 1 complete later this year and for the first residents to be moving in soon after,” said Mr Fischer.
