Another Dahua Group development is officially coming to life! On Thursday July 1, 2021, construction commenced at Wollert Rise, a hugely exciting milestone for this thriving community in Melbourne’s north.
The day saw the first digger arrive on site, along with our Project Team, for what marked the official start of community life on nature’s doorstep. Members of Dahua Group, APD Projects also gathered to mark the occasion. Armed with gold shovels, they each had the pleasure of turning the first soil. Officiating at the ground breaking ceremony was Foreman Chen, General Manager of Dahua Group Melbourne and team members of Dahua Group.
A photographer and film crew were in attendance to capture this momentous occasion for release to the media. After all, for the thousands of homebuyers who have been following Wollert Rise closely, the commencement of construction is a big news story.
Located on the former Kilarnie Farm the Wollert Rise community is unique, nestled among hectares of conservation reserves and parklands. Blocks in the neighbourhood have been selling quickly, with more than 250 lots already sold! It’s very exciting to see another Dahua Group project coming to life, we’ll be sure to keep you updated as work progresses!
