Dahua has a long and storied history dating back to 1988. From humble origins in China, the company is now recognised as a significant contributor to life in Australia, creating multifaceted communities where people thrive.

2014

- Dahua established in New South Wales.

2015

- Dahua established in Queensland.
- Dahua completed Noir, South Yarra, Victoria’s first Apartment Project.

2017

- Dahua completed Kingsleigh, Victoria’s first Masterplan Community Project.

2020

- Dahua completed The Ridgeway, NSW’s first boutique Community Project.

2021

- Dahua completed New Breeze, NSW’s first Masterplan Community Project

2022

– Dahua completed Montview, QLD’s first Boutique Community Project
