Builders Come Together for Morning Tea at 1881 Tullimbar

Share

Some of the best conversations happen over a cup of tea. On Wednesday 16 September, Urban Land Housing and Dahua Group welcomed more than 30 local builders to the 1881 Tullimbar Sales Office for a morning of good food, good company and a look at what’s ahead for the estate.

It was great to see so many familiar faces in the room, with teams from Hotondo Homes, Rawson Homes, McDonald Jones, GJ Gardner, Domaine Homes, Fowler Homes and MOJO Homes joining Stiletto Homes, Stroud Homes, Kaplan Homes, Lily Homes, Kurmond Homes, Marksman Homes, Crystele Homes, Evolution Building Group, Ancro Constructions and LandCo NSW.

What’s driving demand in Illawarra

We covered the latest on the local market trends: what’s driving demand across Illawarra, who today’s buyers are and the challenges the industry is working through right now. We also shared a sales update and a little more about who we are at Dahua Group.

The interest is strong. Downsizers looking to ease mortgage pressure and Sydney buyers chasing better value are both looking to Illawarra, and Tullimbar remains one of the few places in the region where a home on a 300 sqm block can still be found for under $1 million.

A community that keeps growing

Spread across around 90 hectares, 1881 Tullimbar will be home to approximately 500 families once complete. So far, 325 lots have been completed and settled, and around 275 homes are already built, with Stages 6 and 7A now selling. Over the next 12 to 18 months, we’re expecting construction to pick up significantly, which means plenty of opportunity for you to call our boutique neighbourhood home.

A big thank you to everyone who came along! We’re proud to be building this masterplanned community alongside you and look forward to the next chapter at 1881 Tullimbar.

Interested? Visit the Sales Office at 4 Eden Place, Tullimbar (10am to 4pm, Monday-Sunday) or call 1300 885 546 to book an appointment.
