The Dahua Group has been awarded the tender for the purchase and development of two master-planned residential developments in Sydney’s South-West growth corridor comprising more than 450 hectares of land.
Edmondson Park and Menangle Park will collectively deliver more than 3,500 dwellings, a vibrant new town centre, schools, large community and environmental parklands.
Dahua successfully won a competitive tender process run by Urban Growth NSW to acquire the two developments, that form an important element of the NSW State Government’s housing and employment strategy for the next five years and beyond.
Dahua’s successful bid is a testament to their reputation for world’s best practice in creating master planned communities and high quality places for living, working and recreation.
Building on their vast experience in large, master-planned, urban developments, Dahua will deliver a world-class amenity to South-West Sydney that responds to the local environment, and promotes thriving communities.
Edmondson Park and Menangle Park are the latest in Dahua’s growing pipeline of Australian residential and mixed-use development projects in Sydney and Melbourne.
